If the link does not open your email app, send an email to tufflarindia@gmail.com with the subject MilkWale account and data deletion request.
Opening this page or the email link does not submit a request. You must send the email. Do not include passwords, OTPs, verification proofs or authentication tokens.
What the request covers
Your request covers your MilkWale account and associated data held by the service, including:
- Account and profile information, such as your name, registered mobile number, email and address details.
- Customer details and synchronised dairy business records associated with your account, including milk entries, rates, payments, balances and ledger records.
- Associated device, login session and subscription information.
Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security or resolving disputes. When handling your request, we will explain any applicable exceptions and the relevant retention period. This page does not specify a fixed deletion or retention period.
Deleting your account does not remove reports or copies you previously exported or shared with other people. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account or server records.
What happens next
We may need to verify that you own the account before processing the request. MilkWale support will respond by email with any required verification steps, the scope of deletion and applicable retention information.
Account deletion removes access to the account and its deleted records. Export any business records you need before completing deletion.
